Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups blueberries

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or line muffin pan.
2. In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Stir in blueberries.
3. In a small bowl whisk together eggs, canola oil, vanilla, and buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Divide batter among muffin cups, filling about 1/2 cup batter in each.
4. Bake 18-22 minutes until muffins are golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean.
